In January 2026, a subsidiary of the CJSC “SPS Construction” holding received permission to build a hotel complex located in Frunze Park in the city of Evpatoria.

The project provides for the construction of a modern hotel complex that meets current requirements for quality, comfort, and architectural integration into the resort environment of the city. The implementation of the project has already begun.

The hotel complex will become part of the development of Evpatoria’s tourist infrastructure and will contribute to increasing the investment attractiveness of the region.
